Dates to Remember

· 1st December 2008 — VAT rate changes in UK from 17.5% to 15% until 31st December 2009.

· 1st October 2007—New holiday entitlement legislation comes into effect. Increased from 20 days (including bank holidays) to 24 days (including bank holidays).   Increasing to 28 days from April 2009.
